The Tennessee Trans Am A-Rama is a fun filled high octane weeknd of car realted activities that takes place the last weekend of July in Middle Tennessee.
The Trans Am A-Rama is a fundraising event for the Galaltin Police Department “Shop With A Cop” program. The Shop With A Cop porgram serves deserving children in Sumner County. Details about the rogram can be found here (insert SWAC detail page link). All proceeds from the Trans Am A-Rama are donated to the Shop With A Cop program. With proceeds from the first two Trans Am A-Rama’s we have donated $19,938 to the program. Our goal for 2027 is to raise $15,000.
While the event may be called the Trans Am A-Rama, we welcome ALL cars regardless of year, make, or model. Our focus is on having fun, meeting fellow enthusiasts, sharing the beauty of Tennessee, and raising funds for a worthwhile charity. It doesnt matter what you drive, it only matters that you participate.
The Trans Am A-Rama starts and ends each day in Gallatin TN. Over the course of the weekend event, participants will take part in cruises, car shows, hosted meals, driving events, live music, scavenger hunts, downtown takeovers, and more. Previous events have included driving the Natchez Trace, drag racing at the Clarksville Dragway, guest speaker Stacey David, Law Enforcement pancake breakfasts, College Street Classic Cars, Prospect Motors, and sceneic drives.
